Air Conditioner (AC) service is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The customer agrees to allow access to the premises during the scheduled appointment time. Service charges are applicable as per the rates agreed upon and must be paid upon completion unless otherwise stated. The company shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages. Any parts replaced during service will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty if applicable.

Standard warranty on labor is 30 days unless stated otherwise. Customers must ensure that the AC unit is accessible and free from obstructions. Services do not include structural, electrical, or plumbing modifications. Unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. The company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions. Prices quoted do not include taxes unless specified. Emergency or after-hours service may incur additional fees.

Appointments are scheduled subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The company is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions. Estimates are valid for 7 days. Service will not be provided without customer consent. If additional work is identified during service, the customer will be informed before proceeding. The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Service is provided only for residential or commercial use as agreed.

The customer must report service-related issues within 48 hours. Maintenance services do not include repairs unless stated. Cleaning of filters and coils is limited to accessible components. In case of disputes, the decision of the company shall be final. Any data collected during service will be kept confidential. All services are performed by trained technicians. Service logs may be maintained for quality and compliance purposes. The company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms may be updated without prior notice. Use of service implies acceptance of all terms stated. Governing laws and jurisdiction shall be as per local regulations.
